The seventh edition of the biggest education conclave of the country and one of the flagship events of The New Indian Express (TNIE) Group, the ThinkEdu Conclave was bigger and better this time around. The theme for ThinkEdu Conclave 2019 was Ideas for a New India and the intent was to stimulate meaningful discussions around creating a world-class education system in India. Many of India's movers and shakers, your favourite authors, policymakers and bureaucrats redefined the spectrum of education and shared their ideas that can shape a new India at the conclave. The venue, like always, was ITC Grand Chola, Chennai.
Pranab Mukherjee, Shashi Tharoor, Smriti Irani, Subramanian Swamy, Ashwin Sanghi, Varun Gandhi, Amish Tripathi and many other amazing speakers regaled the audience with their thoughts.
The TNIE Group has been organising the national-level education meet since 2013. Our previous speakers have included the late President Dr APJ Kalam, former Vice-President M Hamid Ansari, Union Ministers, Chief Ministers, policymakers, educationists and edupreneurs, along with social scientists and spiritual leaders. All our previous editions were extremely impactful.
